Content on this website is provided for general information purposes and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or engineering advice.

2. Consulting engagements

Nothing on this website creates a client relationship or a binding engagement. Consulting services are provided only under a separate written agreement (such as a proposal, statement of work, or master services agreement) signed by both parties. Where those documents conflict with these Terms, the signed agreement governs the services.

You agree not to:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers, or any connected systems;
  • interfere with or disrupt the website, including through denial-of-service attacks or automated scraping that burdens our infrastructure;
  • copy, reproduce, or republish substantial portions of our content without permission; or
  • misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any person or organisation.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, layout, graphics, logos, and code, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This website may link to third-party sites and services, such as our scheduling provider. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms.

This website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any information on it is complete or current.
